Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while effectively communicating product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies for regional clients
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and closing
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities in the Southwest region
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions to refine techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience with measurable revenue generation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Resident of Tucson or willing to relocate to Tucson at own expense
