Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads effectively and present product solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals over the phone with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage a high volume of daily calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Accurately log all sales activities and customer interactions into our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident tone.
- Self-motivated drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
