Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop customized solutions presentations aligned with client business objectives
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
