Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads effectively by understanding client needs and pain points.
- Present product demos and value propositions to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing accounts to maximize lifetime value.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
