What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be driving revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You will act as the face of our brand, guiding prospects through the sales funnel and ensuring a seamless transition to our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via Zoom and webinars.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and reporting compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and develop strategic account plans.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- A self-motivated, competitive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
