Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the Salesforce CRM.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track key performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or SaaS sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting aggressive targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
