Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads within assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls via Zoom/phone
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels and CRM workflows
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets by maintaining 25+ weekly qualified conversations
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Partner with Account Executives to strategize complex enterprise opportunities
- Analyze sales metrics to identify optimization opportunities and share best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and sales analytics tools
