Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging inbound leads.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales in a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewals, and opportunities for upselling.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide valuable insights to the team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a hunger for success, a competitive drive, and the ability to work independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
