Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify potential clients via outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase our value proposition and close deals.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and renewal agreements to maximize revenue per account.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term client loyalty.
- Manage a high volume of leads and pipeline activity using our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related industry.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
