Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a perfect fit for our solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities using CRM tools.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
