- Conduct product presentations and qualify inbound/outbound leads to determine customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals within a specified quota.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B Inside Sales or high-volume sales environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with high productivity.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
