Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing and onboarding.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Provide regular feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Business Development.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a must).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone voice.
- A strong desire to earn unlimited income through performance-based compensation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
