Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Qualify leads to ensure sales readiness before passing them to the account management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and activity goals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings.
