Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers to drive retention and upselling.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
