Job Overview
As a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to potential clients in the Jacksonville area.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
