Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness and customer needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) while maintaining high productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Resident of Pennsylvania or willing to work remotely for clients in the region.
