Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Manage and update our CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate customer data and sales activity logs.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals while maintaining high profit margins.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
