Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients, overcoming objections and handling inbound leads effectively.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and maximize lead conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately within the company database.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success (entry-level candidates with strong drive and coaching ability are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive and resilient demeanor.
- Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours/week) with a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a major plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a commission-based environment.
