Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present SaaS solutions to B2B prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales KPIs and activity targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead-nurturing strategies
- Attend bi-weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Develop deep product expertise across our tech stack
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Strong time-management ability for self-directed work
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with evening/weekend shift availability
