Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine their specific business needs and budget.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to optimize strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
