Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via Zoom and phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- Manage a high volume of leads within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
