Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Present and demonstrate our company products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas within our Base + Bonus structure.
- Document all customer interactions and update the CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
