Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Engage potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions effectively.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote training (if applicable).
- A positive attitude and the resilience to handle rejection professionally.
