Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Present product demonstrations and service solutions to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospecting activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up on leads and maintain pipeline health to ensure consistent revenue flow.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic computer proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends to align with client availability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
