Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize cutting-edge tools to identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities via phone and email.
- Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce regarding lead status and customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telesales (Immediate hires with high potential are encouraged to apply).
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Dedication: A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
