Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to recommend tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and close sales over the phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
