Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify potential leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions that align with customer needs and pain points
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Contribute to a positive team culture through knowledge sharing and collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (new graduates welcome!)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop sales expertise
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Proficiency with CRM software (training provided)
