Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission incentives
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and track pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless client handoffs and coverage
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and self-manage pipeline
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM CST)
- Results-driven mindset with hunter mentality
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (occasional client visits)
