Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, pipeline, and forecast sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions
- Maintain deep product knowledge to address complex client inquiries
- Exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, lead conversion, and revenue goals
- Provide exceptional customer experience to ensure retention and referrals
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for night shift (5 PM - 2 AM EST, Sun-Thu)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
