Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ call conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and market trend analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
