As a Night Shift Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new leads, converting interest into closed deals while working in a supportive, results-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to qualify and book qualified meetings.
- Present our products and services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outbound campaigns.
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C inside sales (Night shift experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Pacific Time).
