Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to qualified leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and RingCentral.
- Build rapport with clients and identify their specific needs.
- Close deals and secure new business contracts.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed targets.
- High school diploma or GED required.
