Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations and tailored proposals
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM system and prepare detailed sales reports
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with consultative selling approach
- Availability to work night shift (7 PM - 4 AM EST) with flexible scheduling
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales preferred
