Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Present product and service solutions to potential customers, addressing objections and closing sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retention teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment (Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
