Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads in the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities that align with our product portfolio.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage and update CRM records accurately to track pipeline progress and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and campaign content.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and route them to the appropriate resources when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or lead generation.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
