Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new B2B clients in the Washington DC metropolitan area through targeted prospecting and cold outreach
- Develop customized solutions to address client needs and close high-value contracts
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and onboarding
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction
- Leverage CRM software to track sales activities and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with sales leadership to refine approach
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with documented track record of exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to close complex B2B deals ($10k+ average deal size)
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in unstructured, commission-based environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
