Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through CRM platforms and cold calling
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via video/phone consultations
- Exceed monthly sales targets with personalized client outreach
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Contribute to team training sessions for new sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management for weekend shift reliability
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional client visits)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
