Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and meet monthly sales quotas.
- Manage and update sales pipelines in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
