Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Execute high-volume cold calling and lead qualification strategies to identify potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team during peak evening hours.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional relationships with prospects via phone and email, clearly articulating product value propositions.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, status updates, and pipeline data into Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Objection Handling: Overcome customer objections and negotiate pricing to move deals forward.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
- Goal-Oriented: Track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
