Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update customer records.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a high-pressure setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
