As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads within a defined territory.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, and update prospect data.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with decision-makers for our sales engineering team.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to close deals and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handoff from prospect to customer.
- Provide daily and weekly reporting on activity metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Experience working in a night shift environment is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales dialer software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
