Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through outbound/inbound calls
- Exceed monthly KPIs including conversion rates and revenue targets
- Build rapport with clients while presenting tailored product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline documentation
- Participate in ongoing product and sales technique training
- Identify upsell opportunities and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
