Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified leads.
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer data.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication skills, persuasive nature, and a thick skin for rejection.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
