Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and CRM systems

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
