Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, CRM)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Present product solutions and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience with demonstrable track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities and overcome objections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
