As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals through outbound calling and email campaigns. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients, addressing objections and closing sales.
- Manage and update CRM systems accurately to reflect real-time pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign messaging and strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsells.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with a focus on high productivity.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong computer skills and typing speed.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
