Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls to identify client needs and pain points.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Ability to work flexible evening hours (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
