Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly quotas.
- Process orders, contracts, and ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive daily/weekly targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and shift work.
