Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their fit for our product suite.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine sales strategies and scripts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales or customer service.
- Must be available to work night shift schedules (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
