Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build relationships with potential clients while presenting product solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic negotiation and objection handling
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Maintain 100% compliance with company sales protocols and ethics
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales automation tools
- Resilient mindset with ability to handle rejection constructively
